About WorklyGig

The reliability engine
behind every shift.

Shift-based work is still managed through disconnected systems — scheduling, communication, attendance, and payroll operating independently, often with manual coordination between them.

WorklyGig brings these layers into a single system — connecting employers, workers, and trusted partners through a shared, continuously learning coordination engine.

Scheduling, shift coverage, attendance, and payroll aren't separate workflows. They're one continuous loop. Every acceptance, every decline, every clock-in, every completed shift becomes a data point — captured, weighted, and used to make the next decision faster, more accurate, and more aligned with how people actually work.

For workers, that means access to shifts that actually fit.
For businesses, it means operations that run reliably.
For partners, it means better visibility, higher utilization, and stronger outcomes from the workforce they already manage.

Four layers. One compounding system.

WorklyGig isn't just a scheduling tool. It's a coordination and intelligence layer that connects planning, shift coverage, verification, and payroll into a single system — improving with every interaction.

Each layer delivers value on its own. Together, they form a compounding reliability engine.

This continuous loop — schedule, fill, verify, and learn — improves not just predictions, but outcomes. The system doesn't stop at assigning work. It verifies that work happened, and feeds that truth back into every future decision.

A Connected Labor Network
WorklyGig doesn't rely on anonymous labor pools.

It connects existing, trusted sources of labor — internal teams, partner organizations, and verified workers — into a structured network where availability, reliability, and performance are visible and actionable in real time.

At the center of the system is a shared reliability model. Trust is not assigned. It's earned through behavior — showing up, being on time, completing shifts — and it builds a portable, data-backed record that reflects how work actually gets done.

Workers remain connected to their source — whether that's an employer or a partner organization — while gaining access to broader opportunities across the network. The result is not a marketplace. It's a coordinated system of known participants, continuously improving with every shift worked.

1

Internal Coverage

A shift needs covering. WorklyGig scores your team based on acceptance probability, fairness rotation, qualifications, and shift-time preference — and presents a ranked shortlist. One decision triggers outreach, tracking, and escalation automatically. The system starts learning from the first shift.

2

Partner Network

When internal coverage is exhausted, WorklyGig expands through a connected partner network — including employees from linked organizations and workers provided through trusted partners. Each participant enters the system with a known source and builds a performance record through verified work. Businesses gain access to reliable, pre-qualified workers, while partners gain visibility into how their workforce performs across real shifts. The system prioritizes the most trusted sources first — and every verified shift strengthens the network for everyone involved.

3

Shift Savers

Not every callout needs coverage — some need resolution. When a worker can't make a shift, WorklyGig identifies the underlying issue — childcare, transportation, or scheduling conflicts — and routes toward a solution before the shift is lost. Covering gaps is reactive. Preventing them is structural.

4

Smart Scheduling

The intelligence used to fill shifts becomes the intelligence used to build them. Preference learning, fragility scoring, day-off management, shift swaps, and proactive alerts for high-risk days — before they become problems. You don't just fill schedules. You build them with context.

5

Verified Work & Payroll Integration

Every shift is verified through real-time clock-in and clock-out, creating a trusted record of work completed. That data flows directly into payroll systems — reducing disputes, eliminating reconciliation, and closing the loop from scheduling to payment.

Built for the people who make shifts work.

Every part of WorklyGig serves three groups at once. The system improves when all three are connected.

Extend opportunities to your existing workforce without changing your core model — while gaining insight into how work actually gets done.

The Learning Engine
Every event updates a running model.

WorklyGig uses weighted behavioral signals to track how work actually happens — across acceptance rates, shift types, response timing, reliability, and more.

Recent behavior carries more weight, but the system remains stable over time. Confidence scoring ensures decisions are based on real patterns — not noise.

Trust is earned, not assumed

Managers decide. The system executes.

Every action is traceable

The network compounds

Work is verified, not assumed

Existing relationships are respected

Workers remain connected to their source organizations, with clear attribution across every shift.

A Platform for the Entire Labor Ecosystem

WorklyGig is designed to connect and improve every part of shift-based work — not replace it.

Employers coordinate operations.
Workers access opportunities and build reputation.
Partners extend and deploy their workforce more effectively.

Each group participates in the same system, with aligned incentives and shared visibility into outcomes.

The result is not a new marketplace.
It's a more reliable way for existing systems of work to operate together.

Built by operators, not observers.
